ONE-DAY SEMINAR ON EXCITEMENTS IN MATHEMATICS

HSS Mathematics Teachers Association and Extension Programme committee jointly organise One-day seminar on EXCITEMENTS IN MATHEMATICS on 26.2.2011 Saturday Nehru Arts & Science College Kanhangad.The main attraction of the programme is the lecture by Dr.A.Vijayakumar, Professor, Department of Mathematics, Cochin University of Science and Technology.The History of mathematics and recent trend in mathematics is also discussed.The programme is inaugurated by Dr.A.P.Kuttikrishnan,Pro Vice Chancellor, Kannur University and presided by Sri.E.K.Jayarajan, Regional Deputy Director, Kozhikode , Higher Secondary Education.The winner in the South Indian Science fair Sri.P.Narayanan is felicitated in the occasion.Dr.M.Kumaran, Principal Nehru Arts & Science College deliver the felicitation speech.
